After the steel coil is rolled by the continuous rolling mill, it enters the steel strip processing line and is soaked in the alkali washing tank. The steel coil is soaked in the alkali washing tank to remove the emulsion residue and preliminary impurities on the surface. In the electrolytic degreasing process, the steel coil enters the electrolytic tank and uses electrodes for electrolysis to remove stubborn stains such as grease. The brushing process is that after the steel coil is electrolytically degreased on the pickling line, it passes through the brushing equipment and uses a brush to remove the surface residue to further ensure cleanliness.
Drying is the last link of the continuous pickling line. The steel coil enters the drying stage to remove all moisture and prepare for the subsequent bell furnace annealing treatment.
After this series of pickling line process, the surface quality of the steel plate is significantly improved, which can avoid problems such as convection printing plate and sticking steel plate that may occur after bell furnace annealing.
