Control: Tension and speed
Craft: galvanizing
Function: automatic control
System features:
A. During the stable operation of the Automatic Steel Electroplating Line, the linear speed of each transmission device is meticulously maintained to be consistent. This is achieved through a highly precise speed-regulating system. For instance, advanced frequency converters are used to adjust the rotational speed of motors driving the transmission rollers, ensuring that whether it's the initial feeding section or the final discharging part, the materials move at a uniform linear speed. This not only guarantees the smooth transportation of the strips but also prevents any potential stretching or wrinkling issues that could arise from speed discrepancies.
B. The strip tension in each tension range is carefully balanced and kept stable, with particular emphasis on the strip tension in the heating furnace. Specialized tension control devices are installed at key points along the line. In the heating furnace, where the strip is subjected to high temperatures and thermal stress, tension sensors constantly monitor the tension value. If there is any deviation, the control system Galvanizing Machine Line will automatically adjust the braking force or the motor speed of the relevant rollers to maintain the optimal tension. This ensures that the strip remains in proper shape during the heating process, avoiding sagging or over-stretching, which could affect the quality of the final product.
