Steel Coil Cleaning Process for Enhanced Cold Rolled
After the continuous rolling mill, the steel coils are pickled in the pickling tank for comprehensive cleaning. The pickling line process can effectively remove surface impurities and residual oil that may accumulate during the rolling process. The degreasing line uses electrodes in the electrolytic cell to remove all residual contaminants. The steel coils are rinsed, dried, and annealed in a bell furnace.
The continuous pickling line removes impurities and improves the mechanical and physical properties of the product. The pickling line uses a distributed control system with Siemens products as the core. Its quality and performance enable the design of the entire unit to meet customer requirements.
The steel pickling line technology can remove the residue of the rolling mill emulsion, prevent surface marks caused by contact between steel plates during the annealing stage, and improve the overall appearance and performance of the steel plate.
