The advanced continuous annealing furnace process carried by the system can accurately maintain the temperature curve in a protective atmosphere environment, fundamentally ensuring that the processing process is oxidation-free. After precise heating and insulation cycles, the unique cooling and aging treatment process can continuously produce products with ideal material properties. The online flattening system integrated in the annealing line can directly give the strip excellent flatness and surface finish, further improving product quality. Among them, the temperature control accuracy and atmosphere stability of the annealing furnace have become the key support for the core advantages of the process.
Pickling process section and cooling annealing line
The multi-stage countercurrent pickling design is adopted, covering the entire process of pre-cleaning, pickling, rinsing and drying. The online concentration detector can monitor the concentration of HCl or H₂SO₄ in real time (control accuracy ±2%), and cooperate with the waste acid regeneration system (recovery rate ≥95%) to achieve efficient resource utilization and optimization of environmental protection indicators. The residual iron content on the strip surface is controlled at < 10mg/m², and the graphite heater accurately controls the acid temperature (stability reaches ±1.5℃), laying the foundation for the collaborative process of annealing and pickling. The linkage control of the cooling annealing line and the pickling section ensures the continuity of the entire process from pickling to annealing, so that the overall efficiency of the continuous annealing and acid washing production line is fully released.
