It uses an adaptive PID algorithm to adjust 18 core parameters such as furnace temperature and belt speed in real time. It is equipped with an MES interface, fully records process curves and quality data, and supports QR code traceability. Abnormal situations automatically trigger a three-level alarm mechanism with a response time of <50ms.
Adopts a multi-stage countercurrent pickling design, including pre-cleaning, pickling, rinsing, and drying processes.
