Using nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas (N₂-H₂) as the protective medium, the atmosphere ratio is precisely controlled (usually H₂ content is 5-15%) to effectively isolate oxygen contact. The system is equipped with a multi-zone temperature monitoring device to ensure zero oxidation and zero decarburization on the surface of the strip during the heating and insulation stages. The working temperature range can be precisely adjusted within the range of 700-1150℃ according to different steel grades, and the temperature control accuracy is ±3℃ to ensure uniform transformation of the material structure.
Intelligent Temperature & Cooling System
Adopting a segmented heating design, including a preheating section, a heating section, and a soaking section, each area is independently controlled. Equipped with a high-precision timing device, the insulation time control error does not exceed ±5 seconds. The cooling section integrates aerosol composite cooling technology and achieves a programmable cooling rate of 20-150℃/s by adjusting the gas flow and atomization water pressure. The system automatically matches the aging treatment process and performs aging treatment in the range of 300-450℃ to effectively eliminate martensitic phase transformation stress.
