The raw steel coil is first positioned by the fixed saddle, transferred to the cross saddle by the steel coil transport trolley, and then sent to the ground roller station. Subsequently, the steel coil diameter and width measuring device automatically detects the steel coil size to ensure that the specifications match. The steel coil enters the unwinder (with double pressure rollers) to unfold, and the curvature of the strip is adjusted by the deep bending roller to make it smoothly transition to the strip threading table.
Next, the strip is stably conveyed by double pinch rollers and enters the rough straightening machine for preliminary leveling, and then the irregular head is removed by the head shear. After that, the brush plate cleans the surface oxide scale, and the trimming shear and the scrapping shear simultaneously trim the burrs on both sides of the strip to ensure the width accuracy. The strip then enters the fine straightening machine for high-precision straightening to ensure the flatness of the plate shape.
At the cut-to-length shearing station, the strip is cut to the set length (simultaneous sampling can be performed), and the information is marked by the steel plate inkjet printer. The sheared steel plate is inspected for quality by the bottom surface inspection, and the qualified products are automatically stacked by the finished product stacker and the lifting stacking platform, and then transported to the stacking weighing station through the stacking conveyor chain. Finally, the system automatically prints the label, the semi-automatic baler completes the steel bundle packaging, and the finished product is sent to the warehouse for storage via the transport roller.
