The fixed-length shearing and quality control process of strip steel adopts a fully automated production process: first, the fixed-length shearing machine roller accurately controls the feeding speed and position of the strip steel to ensure stable feeding into the final cutting station; then the high-performance fixed-length shearing machine accurately shears the continuous strip steel into a specified length plate in the range of 2m to 16.5m according to the preset program, and the length tolerance is controlled within ±2mm; the finished plate after shearing is smoothly transferred to the next process through an external conveyor, and the conveying process adopts variable frequency speed regulation to ensure that the plate is not scratched; the online inkjet printer simultaneously sprays clear identification information on the surface of each plate, including batch number, specification and other traceable data; finally, a high-precision surface detection device is used for a full range of quality inspection, and a CCD visual system is used to automatically identify surface defects to ensure that only qualified products enter the stacking link. The whole system integrates PLC automatic control to realize the integrated operation of shearing, marking, and detection, which not only ensures the product size accuracy but also improves the quality traceability system.
