A cutting sheet metal machine is an automated device used to cut metal coils, paper, or film horizontally into fixed-length single sheets. Its core functions include high-precision slitting, edge trimming, straightening, and stacking, and are suitable for industries such as steel, packaging, and new energy. Through the servo control system and intelligent stacking technology (mechanical/electromagnetic), it can achieve a cutting accuracy of ±2mm, improving production efficiency and material utilization.

Finished product stacking and handling

 Side guide rollers – ensure proper alignment before stacking.

 Finished product stacker – automatically stacks the boards.

 Lifting stacking platform – lifts to the appropriate position to receive the finished boards.

 Stacking conveyor chain – moves the finished boards stacked on the lifting platform horizontally to the weighing roller for weighing.

 Weighing and semi-automatic strapping machine – prepares the stack for shipment.

 Discharging roller – unloads the finished products from the production line.

 The finished product stacking and processing system adopts a fully automated intelligent process: first, the high-precision side guide rollers perform the final positioning correction on the plates to ensure that they are perfectly aligned when entering the stacking process; then the intelligent stacker automatically completes the layered stacking of the plates according to the preset program, and the stacking height can reach 500mm, and the stacking shape uniformity error does not exceed ±1mm; the matching lifting stacking platform accurately adjusts the height through the servo control system to achieve perfect coordination with the stacker; after stacking, the stacking conveyor chain smoothly moves the entire stack of plates to the weighing roller, and the weighing system automatically records the weight of each stack and generates a report; then the semi-automatic strapping machine firmly straps the finished product stack, using high-strength steel belts to ensure transportation safety; finally, the finished product stack is automatically transported to the shipping area through the unloading roller, and the entire process does not require manual intervention. The station is equipped with an intelligent control system that can monitor the stacking quality and weight data in real time, and connect with the enterprise MES system to achieve full traceability of production data.
