The main equipment of the cutting sheet metal machine production line includes multiple functional modules such as steel coil processing, uncoiling and straightening, shearing processing, finished product stacking, and auxiliary systems.

The starting end of the sheet shearing machine production line is equipped with a fixed saddle, a steel coil transport trolley, and a cross saddle to complete the steel coil loading and transportation. After positioning and detection by the ground roller station and the steel coil measuring device, the uncoiling machine with CPC centering device is used for uncoiling. The steel strip enters the processing area through the strip threading table and is successively assisted by the double pressure roller, deep bending roller, and double pinch roller. After being guided by the side guide, it enters the 7-roller rough straightening machine for preliminary flattening.

Then the head shear removes the waste material at the head of the strip, and the waste head is processed by a special collection device. After being cleaned by a brush plate, it enters the trimming process - the pinch roller in front of the trimming shear accurately feeds the material, and the trimming shear and the scrapping shear cooperate to complete the edge trimming. The waste edge is centrally processed by the collection device.
