The straightening machine is mainly used to eliminate various three-dimensional plate defects such as double-sided waves, single-sided waves, middle waves, two-rib waves, warping, scooping, and potential poor plate shape of the coiled plate and strip.
During the rolling process of the strip, poor roll shape and poor roll gap shape will cause plate shape defects of the coiled plate and strip. The longitudinal extension of the rolled piece in the width direction is uneven, and the rolling stress is disordered. In order to eliminate the poor plate shape of the coiled plate and strip and make the internal stress tend to be uniform, the tension leveler can correct the coiled plate and strip.
The stretcher leveler unit consists of 2 sets of bending rollers and 2 sets of leveling rollers, equipped with an inlet tension roller group and an outlet tension roller group to straighten the strip. The steel strip is mainly extended by the bending roller and the straightening roller. The bending and tension are formed in the extension of the steel strip, so that the strip is repeatedly bent and stretched to eliminate various plate shape defects of the strip. The tension is provided by the front and rear tension roller devices, and the bending is formed by the overlap of the upper and lower bending roller groups. The bending roller group can make the strip steel deform from large to small, so as to achieve the purpose of correcting the plate shape.
