The tension straightening machine is suitable for the uneven plate shape caused by various factors during the rolling process after the cold rolling of the strip steel. Compared with other straightening methods, the plate leveller control system has the functions of storing, calling, and editing process and equipment parameters, and has the functions of misoperation identification and early warning. When in use, on the operating table, the inlet and outlet pressures can be set according to parameters such as plate thickness, plate width, material strength, or existing parameters in the database. The gap between the working roll and the inlet can be adjusted electrically, and can be adjusted and corrected manually.

 

The transmission control system of the tension leveler has the function of forward and reverse control. The unwinding section and the coiling section have the functions of automatic coil diameter tracking and constant tension control, and the process section has the function of constant elongation control. The basic automation control system adopts Siemens S7-1500 series PLC control.
