Our fully automatic galvanizing line is equipped with an electrical control system. The electrical control system adopts the strip transmission system designed by the S71500 program algorithm, and cooperates with the encoder to achieve high-precision speed synchronization to ensure stable operation. The unwinder controls the unwinding and winding tension of the strip to avoid slipping or breaking of the strip. The hot dip galvanizing line is equipped with a programmable control PLC system, which can maintain constant tension control to ensure the stability of the steel plate galvanizing process.
The continuous galvanizing line process can control the speed, tension, coil diameter, and thickness of the steel coil. Constant tension winding can prevent the steel coil from loosening or deforming, remove grease and iron oxide, and ensure that the coating is rusted and oxidized.
