For example, when the sine wave control detects a deviation in the strip's edge position, it sends precise control signals to the coiler's adjustment mechanism. This ensures that the strip is wound evenly around the coil, preventing edge-related defects such as skewing or uneven winding, ultimately resulting in a neatly coiled and high-quality Hot Galvanizing Production Line.
