Based on the principle of constant loop volume, the entrance looper and the exit looper adopt a state-of-the-art low-vibration control strategy. Specialized vibration-dampening components are incorporated into the looper design. By maintaining a stable loop volume, fluctuations in tension caused by mechanical vibrations are minimized. This not only enhances the tension accuracy in the entrance and exit sections but also contributes to a smoother operation of the entire Galvanizing Machine Line. As a result, the quality of the Hot Galvanizing Production Line as it enters and exits the various processing stages is significantly improved, reducing the likelihood of defects caused by inconsistent tension.
